Ingredients

  • 1 pie shell
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and drained
  • 4 eggs
  • 1-1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Method

Step 1

Combine eggs, milk and seasonings. Mix will. Toss cheese with flour. Add cheese mixture and bacon to egg mixture. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
