Ingredients

  • 2 to 2-1/2 pounds sirloin steaks, 1-in thick
  • 1-1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Method

Step 1

Combine all marinade ingredients. Marinate steak overnight. Discard marinade.

Step 2

Grill over medium coals 6-7 minutes per side for rare.
