Ingredients

  • 1 box orzo
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 6 ounces feta cheese
  • 1 bottle (9 oz.) Yasou Greek dressing (I use Ken's since I can't find Yasou in my area)

Method

Step 1

Cook orzo according to package directions. Drain and cool. Mix ingredients together and refrigerate.

Shown served with Marinated Tomatoes and Oven Fried Chicken
