- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4-6 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 4 pork chops, boneless or bone-in
Method
Step 1
Combine egg, soy sauce and water. In another bowl combine bread crumbs, garlic powder and ginger.
Step 2
Dip pork chops in egg mixture then bread crumbs. Place in a greased baking pan. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes to 1 hour, depending on thickness of chops.
