Ingredients
- 1 package (10 ounces) cheese filled spinach tortellini
- 1 package (9 ounces) cheese filled tortellini
- 2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
- 2/3 cup Italian salad dressing
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 8-12 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Method
Step 1
Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water.
Step 2
Mix tortellini with remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours stirring occasionally.
