Ingredients

  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 4 cups stuffing mix
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 apple, sliced, optional
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Method

Step 1

Mix applesauce, water, margarine, celery and raisins. Add stuffing and mix lightly. Add more liquid if necessary. Spoon into a greased 2 quart baking dish.

Step 2

Arrange chops over stuffing. Sprinkle paprika over chops. Top with apple slices if desired. Bake at 400° for 35 minutes.
