Ingredients

  • 1 broiler/fryer chicken (2-1/2 pounds), cut up
  • 1/4 pound margarine (1 stick), melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix, rolled fine
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, snipped

Method

Step 1

Arrange chicken one layer deep, skin side up in a shallow baking dish, close together so the pieces touch.

Step 2

Pour melted margarine over chicken. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, stuffing crumbs and paprika.

Step 3

Bake uncovered at 350° for 1-1/4 hours. Sprinkle with parsley when done.
