Ingredients

  • 4 pounds whole chicken wings
  • 3/4 cup hot pepper sauce
  • 1/4 cup margarine melted
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 envelope ranch salad dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Method

Step 1

Cut chicken wings into 3 segments Discard wing tips.

Step 2

In a large plastic bag mix pepper sauce, margarine and vinegar. Add wings and turn to coat. Marinate in refrigerator for 4-8 hours.

Step 3

Place chicken on racks in 2 greased baking pans. Sprinkle with dressing mix and paprika. Bake uncovered at 350° for 40-50 minutes.
