Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons margarine, divided
  • 1 pound skinless boneless chicken breast, cubed
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1-3/4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 package Knorr pasta Alfredo mix

Method

Step 1

Melt 1 tablespoon margarine in large pan and cook chicken thoroughly. Set aside.

Step 2

Melt remaining margarine in same pan and cook pepper. Stir in broccoli, water, and milk. Bring to a boil.

Step 3

Stir in Alfredo mix. Cook 8 minutes. Return chicken to pan and heat through.

Step 4

Serve over pasta or rice if desired.
